Depending on the customer’s specific requirements we can develop, install, and when required, provide long-term network management services for industry’s most advanced Digital Video distribution solutions. At the same time we can take on and provide detailed analyses for strategic planning (market trends, technology trends, profitability positioning, revenue protection) and business/process re-engineering (audit, cost reduction, maturity modeling, training and education).

Integration and Development

Adara Technologies personnel has extensive experience in the field of complex turn key solutions development and integration. Adara Technologies can offer full development/integration cycle from definition of requirements to field testing of implemented solutions.

Deployment

Adara Technologies can take role of primary system integrator for all third-party solutions and be responsible for performing all system integration tasks related to the project. The role of primary system integrator can include installation, configuration, provisioning, and maintenance of equipment related to solution deployment. Adara Technologies team can provide project management, site survey and operational analyses. In conjunction with NOC monitoring and logistic support (for equipment delivery and installation) we ensure on time deployment.

Support

Adara Technologies can host new or legacy solutions. This includes monitoring, problem resolution, CRM, HW/SW support, staging and introduction of new services. Support can be provided on 7x24 basis.
